The Psychiatric Clinic of Drama S.A. “Agia Irini”, responding to the requirements of the modern business environment, aiming to improve its organisational structure and internal operations, and always seeking to provide safe and high-quality hospitalisation services for individuals with mental health disorders as well as to ensure faster and better service to its patients–guests, has decided to design and implement a:
- Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015 standard
for the process:
Provision of hospitalisation services to individuals with mental health disorders.
In order to ensure the seamless operation and continuous improvement of its management systems, the Management of Psychiatric Clinic of Drama S.A. “Agia Irini”:
- Ensures the excellent operational condition of its facilities
- Complies with the safety specifications of all handled products
- Provides staff training whenever required
- Applies good hygiene practices
- Complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Continuously reviews and improves the characteristics of its services wherever feasible, as well as the effectiveness of its processes and, by extension, of the management systems it implements
- Sets measurable, objective quality targets both at the level of service provision and at every process level. These targets are established and evaluated for their degree of achievement during the Management Review of the Quality Management System
- Provides the necessary resources for uninterrupted, efficient, and effective operation
- Monitors, measures, and evaluates the critical parameters and processes to ensure the quality and safety of its services and products.
